Yeah! First test for crappy hair simulation.
Because I ended up using splines to make the hair, using the in built hair dynamics was not an option.
So I ended up finding a forum post about turning the hair splines into cloth objects, and then binding the hair to the cloth sim. The setup is quite frustrating, and there are a few weird things going on such as the hair seems to stick a lot, tweaks out, and doesn’t ever come to rest. But it’s a start.
